30-Year Old Man Identified as Victim in Fatal Jackson County Fire

The Jackson County Coroner has identified a body found in a house fire as 30-year old Aaron Van Winkle.

Fire crews were called to a fire in the Clover Bottom area, near the rock quarry earlier this week.

Firefighters found a body inside the home- officials have not yet set what the cause of the fire appeared to be.

The investigation into both the fire and Van Winkle’s death is continuing.
