Pikeville Church Picking Up Pieces After Crash

The congregation of Jubilee Christian Assembly Church is picking up the pieces after a car crashed into the curch building Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened off of South US 23 in Pikeville. Paul Maynard the Pikeville Public Safety Director said the car crossed from the south into the northbound lane and then hit the side of the church. While making sure the building is structurally sound the pastor of the church Randy Damron says he hopes the man who crashed his car is okay.He says “If anybody is listening pray for that feller. We pray he is alright. That’s the biggest concern. We’ll be fine, we’ll be fine.”
