Perry Co. Judge Executive Candidate Ordered to Remove Campaign Ads

A candidate running for Perry County Judge Executive has been asked by the state to cease and desist an ad campaign.

An email from the Department of Local Government was sent to Denny Ray Noble, saying his campaign ” intentionally published an altered image.”

The image in question was an official state document made to look like under current Judge Executive Scott Alexander, the county had borrowed $14M.

Alexander told WYMT-TV that he’s grateful “that the rumors and the lies that he has been spreading and using is finally getting addressed by someone other than me.”

Those ads have since been taken down.
