Lou’s Place for Pets in Prestonsburg is getting into the holiday spirit by giving.The shop aims to help Floyd County children in need.Each child will receive a new coat, shoes, outfit, and a new toy.On top of that, they also sponsor a turkey dinner and a snack food basket to cover Christmas break. The kids will also receive school supplies and sanitary items.Around $100 is put into each sponsorship per child.If you want to help sponsor a child, you can drop items or money off at Lou’s.
