Economic Development Grant For Johnson High School

Johnson Central High School has just received a grant for $45,000. The money will be used to create a pathway for students who want to become involved in economic development. Educators plan on purchasing computers, software, and going to conferences to help students. Those who wrote the grant say it is important for students in Eastern Kentucky to study economic development and even major in it one day.The program will be the first of its kind at a school.
