Appalachian Lawmakers Support Border Wall Financially

Several lawmakers in West Virginia announced Tuesday that they plan to introduce legislation that will help fund President Donald Trump’s border wall.The bill would divert $10 million from the state’s surplus to help build a wall along the southern border of the United States.The state’s current surplus is at nearly $200 million, the delegates say. Gov. Jim Justice has projected the surplus will grow to $300 million by the end of the fiscal year.
