Soldiers In Pikeville Honor One Of Their Own

It was quite the surprise. Many in Pikeville honored a local veteran on Sunday. The VFW Post 3769, Pikeville set up tents outside Texas Roadhouse to give 5-year Veteran Landon Tackett a proper homecoming. Multiple fire trucks, ambulances, and police cruisers set up to show their appreciation. Tackett had no idea says his fellow soldiers.Tackett is a humble Bronze Medal recipient. Tackett is from Betsy Layne, served 5-years in the United States Military and traveled the world.
