Turtle Man Comes To Breathitt County

Johnson County native, Ernie Brown, Jr., also known as Turtle Man across the Bluegrass, is coming to Breathitt County’s library in June.Turtle Man is expected to educate folks on Kentucky outlaws like Jesse James and the Cole/Younger Gang.He will also be telling personal stories and signing autographs.According to the library’s Facebook page, Turtle Man’s visit is part of the Breathitt County Public Library’s Galaxy of Stories Summer Reading Program.The program starts at 11 a.m. on June 18. There is no cost to attend.
