Man Drowns In Leslie County

A man is dead in Leslie County after he drowned in a river near his home off Coon Creek road.Neighbors said the man was older and would frequently feed his animals in the early morning hours. They also said a family member found the man early Wednesday morning.“Just a good-hearted guy. He had a good nature. He took good care of his kids, he’s someone if you ever met him for the first time you’d want him to be your friend forever,” said Diane Stancil. Investigators aren’t releasing his name yet.
