Just in time for you to pack your bags and head out for the summer, gas prices are down nationwide for summer travel. And Kentucky has some of the lowest gasoline prices anywhere in the country.The average gas price has dropped about 9 cents in the last few weeks, to $2.84 per gallon.This is seen as a direct result of lower crude oil costs, according to industry analysts.Kentucky is seeing an average around $2.53 per gallon, according to the tech site GasBuddy.
