Smoking in public buildings is now banned in Perry County.A new ordinance makes it illegal to smoke 15 feet away from any public door, window or inside any public building.New signs are going up for the ordinance, which most people are supporting.”If it makes it better for the community as a whole it’s always going to be a good decision,” says Bailey Richards, Hazard Downtown Coordinator.
