Residents of Prestonburg Without Gas After Wed. Leak

Residens in the Goble Roberts area are still without gas this morning after a leak left many in the Prestonsburg community without heat.

Frontier Gas was forced to shut down its feed to the area Wednesday when a leak was found. The company is now working to fix the problem and restore gas to the community.

The Floyd County Emergency and Rescue Squad has served as a warming station for the past couple nights and will continue to be open until the problem is rectified.
