Federal Funding Comes In
The Southeast Kentucky Economic Development Corporation will receive a CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant from the Economic Development Administration. Officials say it will be used to assist support costs through Revolving Loan Funds for small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The EDA was able to use the $1.5 billion dollars they received after President, Trump signed the act into law.
