According to a study done by WalletHub, Kentucky ranks among the 20 states with the most financial stress because of the coronavirus pandemic.This may not be what you want to hear during the holiday shopping season, but Kentucky ranked third-worst in the credit-score category.Since the start of the pandemic, the rate of filings for personal bankruptcy in the state has ranked among the top five states nationwide.
