Hoping to start a new program in the region, the Alternative Baseball Organization is looking for a volunteer coach/manager and players to get the league up and running.“It’s just a matter of time before we’ve reached those individuals and the more effort and the more help we have in getting the word around, the better,” Commissioner and CEO Taylor Duncan said.Duncan said Harlan County is just the beginning for the league, which hopes to provide opportunities to those who might want to pick up the game but not get the chance.
