Appalachian Center For The Arts Brings Some Broadway To Town

The Appalachian Center for the Arts in Pikeville brought a little bit of Broadway to town.A masterclass taught by Josh Tower kept students on their toes with his choreography.Tower is known for playing the role of Aaron Burr in the Broadway national tour of Hamilton.Theatre director Robin Irwin says this is just the beginning of a masterclass series hosted at the center.The masterclass is set to bring people who are masters in their craft to the mountains.On Monday students learned many different skills from auditioning tactics to a few new moves.
