Berea College Temporarily Shuts Down

More fallout from the coronavirus in Kentucky, as concerns spread across the state over the new strain of coronavirus, Berea College announced Tuesday it is canceling classes for the rest of the semester.The college is stopping instructional activities at the end of the day on March 13.This means professors are required to bring their courses to an end because most students who leave campus may not have internet access at home.The due date for grades will not change. Seniors will still get their diplomas, but the graduation ceremonies will be postponed or canceled.
