Bevin And Beshear Hit THe Campaign Trail

At the start of a daylong bus tour, Governor Bevin touted the state’s economic performance during his tenure, pointing to overall job growth and higher investments and exports of Kentucky products.“Are people better off now than they were four years ago? Without any question, the answer is ‘yes,’” the governor told reporters. “On every significant statistic in Kentucky, things have gotten better economically. And we’re on a trajectory where that has the potential to continue.”Bevin is heading toward a Nov. 5 showdown against Andy Beshear. The two rivals for governor have three debates in coming days and will be crisscrossing the state in the dwindling days left in the campaign.
