Breathitt Co. Grand Jury Indicts Man in Fatal DUI Crash
A Breathitt County grand jury indicted a man in connection with a deadly DUI crash on Friday.
Wilburn Neace now faces charges of murder, first-degree assault and DUI. Prosecutors say back on January 4th, Neace -while driving under the influence- crashed into a car driven by Eugene Turner.
Turner’s wife, Vonda, died in the crash. Neace was taken into custody and arrested yesterday morning.
