Breathitt County Judge Executive Indicted Again

Breathitt County Judge Executive Jeff Noble was indicted for the second time in the past few months.Wednesday, Noble was indicted on one count of abuse of public trust and one count of theft by unlawful taking, both class D felonies. He was also indicted on one count of official misconduct first-degree.According to court documents, Noble used $986.08 of public money to buy diesel for personal use.He was indicted in August for accusations of buying lumber with county money and giving it to someone for personal use.
