A funeral service for the wife of U.S. Rep. Andy Barr, who died unexpectedly this week at the age of 39, will be held Monday in Kentucky.Eleanor Carol Leavell Barr will be laid to rest at Southland Christian Church in Lexington, a day after a visitation service for her in the city. Her husband, who expressed his “profound grief” over her death this week said on Twitter that the services will be “a beautiful tribute to a beautiful life.”The service will be livestreamed on You Tube.
