City Of Hazard Residents Have Water Again

Officials with the City of Hazard say water has been resorted to Perry County communities affected by recent water outages.Many people in the Leatherwood community have been without water for several days because of water main breaks and leaks that cause a water emergency last Friday.City officials say there may be some homes in higher elevations might not have water back at the moment or might have weak water pressure.They say that issue should be resolved as the water tanks continue to fill up.If anyone does not have water back by Thursday morning, Hazard city officials ask that you call them at 606-438-4200.
