Clay County Father Missing, Last Seen in March at Frankfort Homeless Shelter

Police are asking for help in locating a 26-year old Clay County man that has been missing for nearly a month.

Tony Hinkle, a father of three, was last heard from back on March 14th when he appeared at a homeless shelter in Frankfort.

While family members worry that something may have happened to Hinkle, Kentucky State Police officials say that have no information or evidence that suggests any foul play.
