Crash Shuts Down Route 80 in Floyd County

Two people avoided serious injury after a crash in Floyd County last night.

Police said traffic in both directions of Kentucky Route 80 was shut down for the better part of an hour.

The two-car crash happened around 645 last night.

The identities of those involved were not released- no charges were filed. Officials with Kentucky State Police say there were no serious injuries.
