Today is the last day to request a mail-in absentee ballot for this month’s primary election.Kentuckians who cannot get to the polls May 21 have the option of voting absentee beforehand, according to the Secretary of State.You must meet certain criteria to qualify for a mail-in absentee ballot, and those can be found at govoteky.com.The completed absentee ballot must be returned by mail and received by the county clerk by 6 p.m. local time on Election Day.
