Earthquake Rattles KY
The United States Geological Survey reported a 2.8 magnitude earthquake near the Kentucky-Tennessee border Wednesday.The epicenter was about two miles away from Fincastle, Tennessee. It hit at 12:33 p.m.The quake was about 21 miles away from Middlesboro, Kentucky.
