Eastern KY Woman Dies In Auto Crash

An eastern Kentucky woman has died after a two-vehicle crash Friday night.Kentucky State Police says the crash occurred on Ky. 15 in the Watts community when a 2008 Ford Escape crossed the center line and collided with a 1992 Chevrolet Suburban. A passenger in the Suburban, 63-year-old Vonda Turner of Vancleave, was pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers of the two vehicles were transported to an area hospital. Turner was wearing a seat belt when the crash happened. The investigative work continues.
