Federal Appeals Court Denies Feds’ Rehearing on Conn Victims
A federal appeals court has upheld an earlier decision that said the Social Security Administration used an unconstitutional process to revoke the disability benefits for hundreds of clients of disgraced former attorney Eric Conn.
That decision was reached back in November- the Social Security Administration asked the court for a rehearing, but was denied yesterday.
