Feeding Thanksgiving To Some In Perry County

For six years, volunteers from across Perry County have gathered at Perry Central to pack Thanksgiving meals for those in need.This year they put together about 1,000 meals.”This is a great way to start off Thanksgiving morning to just give back, give to the community and Perry County schools is rocking it today,” said volunteer Ashley Hoskins.Students and staff from every school in the county volunteered.”Being able to take time out of our morning to give back to them makes a difference in the whole day,” said Perry Central student Samantha Turner.
