Downtown Hazard has looked different during the quarantine with events and gatherings canceled, but in a few weeks that will all change.“It will be the first thing we have had in Perry county that is sort of normal since this pandemic,” said Hazard’s Mayor Happy Mobelini.Tuesday Morning the Hazard Chamber of Commerce agreed that the city’s Fourth of July festival and others like it will go on.The chamber also talked about the North Fork Music Festival still scheduled for July 24th and 25th.
