Funeral Arrangements For Louisville Police Officer

Funeral arrangements have been set for a Louisville Metro police officer killed when a semitruck hit her cruiser during a traffic stop.The Courier Journal reports the funeral for Detective Deidre “Dee Dee” Mengedoht is set for Monday morning at Southeast Christian Church.The truck was driven by city employee Roger Burdette, who pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of murder and driving under the influence.
