“Greater” Fall Sharathon
I’m glad to tell you that God is greater. No matter what you are facing or the situations in your life, God is greater. He tells us in His word, “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4b). Greater is the theme of our fall Sharathon. Let me share some exciting “greaters” with you.
We are serving a Greater God. This is an important time, with elections just around the corner. We will be deciding the course of our nation, not just for a year, but for years to come. Trials and hardships do not change God. He is greater, stronger, wiser, better, and more powerful than anything we could ever encounter in this life. And He’s for you:
“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31
This world needs a Greater Message. Without the Gospel, there is no hope. Without a return to Christ, we will continue to see the moral collapse of our nation. God has made us a beacon of light in our time, pointing the hopeless to the Hope and the lifeless to the Life.
We are proclaiming a Greater Victory. Many today have accepted a watered down gospel that believes that although Christ offers forgiveness from sins, the best we can expect in our Christian walk is to try and fail. I’m glad that isn’t the best God has to offer. His Word clearly states that His will for believers is to live free from sin in this life. We are unwaveringly preaching and presenting true victory in Jesus. Even better, we are serving as a daily companion for believers: strengthening, challenging, and encouraging them to live out that victory in their lives.
Mountain Gospel has a Greater Outreach. Thanks to your help, we continue to grow and expand, both in quantity and quality. Through two radio broadcasts, internet and mobile streaming, a telephone broadcast, and a powerful devotional ministry, we are reaching more people than we ever have before!
Finally, we have a Greater Need. Whether you have stood with us over the years, or if you have never donated before, we need you now more than ever. As our ministry grows, so do our financial needs. Our operational costs are more than double what they were just six years ago. Why? Because Mountain Gospel is more than double what we were six years ago. Our progress is a testimony to God’s greatness and your faithfulness! Every dollar you give moves us forward. Every gift you make reaches someone else. Every blessing you share is multiplied. We need to raise $25,000 to cover our operational expenses and begin laying the groundwork for an additional FM frequency.
