Home Energy Heating Assistance Available In KY
This is the second day day Kentuckians can apply for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program or LIHEAP. So far numbers for requests are low according to officials. Officials say the numbers could rise but since it is only the subsidy period the mood is pretty calm. The subsidy period ends December 13th and the Crisis period starts on January 7th.
