Home for Homeless Youth
A housing complex for homeless youth is opening in Lexington. Arbor Youth Services will allow people ages 18-to-24-years old stay at the facility that should be ready for residents by the end of this month. The city gave the six-unit building to the company at no cost. Officials say many new tenants will not be asked to pay rent, but will be put on a program the progresses them toward that goal.
