Inmates On The Loose
Four inmates escaped from the Kentucky River Regional Jail in Hazard around 6 p.m. Monday.Police captured one of the men at Walmart.The Hazard Police Department and Kentucky State Police are still looking for the three men: Kennith Spurlock, James Reed and Steven Smith.If you have any information on where these men might be you are asked to call the Kentucky River Regional Jail at 606-436-1008 or police.
