It’s No-Shave November
It’s now the beginning of no shave November. Many cancer patients lose all of their hair during treatment. The Matthew Hill Foundation hopes the growth coming from men’s faces starts a dialog about the disease.“The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free,” the Hill Foundation said on its website. “Donate the money you typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.” Raising money through the event has been a tradition since 2009.
