Job Fair Coming To Eastern KY

If you need a job prepare for this fall when the Pike County Library will host a job fair. Big Sandy Area Community Action Program, Kentucky Career Center, Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) and American Job Center will be looking for employees.Career Advisor Kayla Jude says job fairs like this help showcase the talent in this region has to offer.”Employers come to the Appalachian region and they see that our workforce is here and that they’re ready to work, they’re able to work, and that they want to work. We have the skills that people are looking for and that people need,” explained Jude. The date for the event is still be scheduled.
