Job Fair Planned In Martin County

A “Mega Job Fair” filled the Jenny Wiley State Park Conference Center Wednesday, bringing more than 30 businesses together on a mission to fill hundreds of job openings.While the jobs were a large focus of the day, the job fair, hosted by Big Sandy Area Community Action, was a little different than previous events. It also included expungement sessions for people who need a little help getting back into the workforce. Another session is being held October 9th at the Roy F. Collier Community Center in Martin County.
