Judge Orders McCreary Co. Man to Quarantine
A Kentucky appeals court judge has ordered a McCreary County man exposed to the coronavirus to quarantine himself and to get tested.
Judge Jeff S. Taylor ordered the 27-year-old man to self-quarantine from Tuesday through Saturday. The judge also required the man to cooperate with the McCreary County Health Department in tracing contacts since his exposure.
The man’s name wasn’t included in the court filings. The case is one of only a few in Kentucky where officials have asked courts to force people to quarantine.
