Keeping The Roads Clear

This winter has brought several small snow storms to the region, this storm stretching across a few days.“We have not had huge amounts of snow but just enough to keep us on our toes,” said Perry County Emergency Management Director, Jerry Stacy.Road crews plan to continue through Tuesday.“We’ve got 10 trucks available that will be going right on through this evening and tonight with,” said Stacy. “I think our biggest concern tonight would be maybe continued snowfall and the roads are already wet and the dropping temperatures. There’s definitely a chance at having some icy and snow-covered roads.”
