KSP Still Cramming The Cruiser

Kentucky State Police was back at “cramming the cruiser” once again on Wednesday, with the help of local Save-A-Lot stores.Trooper Jody Sims says this is the second year Save-A-Lot has partnered with KSP Post 13 to collect food for the needy.Stores in Perry, Knott, Breathitt, and Leslie counties teamed up to feed those who are running low on food supply.Thousands of pounds of food have been collected over the last few weeks to provide families with a Christmas meal. Donations from Wednesday’s fundraiser went to Cordia School in the Lotts Creek Community. Other donations went to various organizations in surrounding counties.
