KY Help Is In LA
Hurricane Laura has left swath of devastation across Louisiana…and help is on the way. Utility crews from Kentucky have been deployed to help with restoration efforts. Kentucky Utilities officials tell reporters 208 employees and contractors from KU and LG&E are doing everything from line repairs to fixing broken power poles, clearing trees and more, to get the lights back on. Most of the team is in the Baton Rouge area, now.
