KY School Students Wearing Masks
If public school students cannot stay six feet apart, they will likely be required to wear face masks at school according to a report from the Lexington Herald-Leader.Kentucky Education Commissioner Kevin Brown said Monday during a virtual meeting with superintendents that this was to help curb the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.“That is going to be the public health expectation,” Brown said.On Wednesday Governor Beshear is set to announce public school health recommendations for the 2020-2021 academic year, according to Kentucky Department of Education officials.
