Letting Felons Vote
Governor Andy Beshear plans to make good on a campaign promise Thursday by signing an executive order to restore voting rights to 100,000 felons.Beshear is expected to sign the order today at 3 p.m. at the Capitol.Kentucky and Iowa are the only states that still deny the right to vote to anyone convicted of a felony.
