Perry County is demonstrating the strength of their community as they rally behind a women who has been a symbol of strength for years. Personal trainer Lillie Combs has been battling stage 4 lung cancer since October. The owner of the Appalachian Apparel Company, Joey Mckinny is helping her stay strong and raise money by designing a shirt in her honor. It poses a silhouette of Lillie with her iconic flexed arms, with the #lilliestrong.
