Looking At Changes For KY Department OF Fish And Wildlife

Kentucky Auditor Mike Harmon called for changes in Kentucky’s Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.The changes come after a review of the department’s spending. In the auditor’s report, he found employees used the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Foundation to make unauthorized payments, including about $750 in alcohol by an employee.The report says some pre-paid debit cards for volunteers were bought with federal tax dollars and that the department failed to monitor contracts with outside groups.
