Man Arrested For Stealing Valuable Tools
One man is behind bars after troopers say he stole about $30,000 worth of tools from a mine site.Thursday, troopers got a call about a theft at Contract Highwall Mining in Middlesboro.Troopers say they found the equipment at 42-year-old James Lay’s home.The equipment and tools were worth around $30,000.Lay was arrested and charged with theft over $10,000. He is at the Bell County Detention Center.
