Ministry Prepares To Help Flood Victims

After the widespread flooding throughout Magoffin County, the Lakefront Church of God Outreach Ministries is helping many in the county.Organizers there say several people close to the church have had severe flooding damage to their homes.Workers there say they are on standby with food and whatever other needs people might have.”Now it’ll be our part coming in with the food, once electricity is restored, the home is made safe again, and we will assist with furniture as we have the ability to do so and also clothing and things like that,” said Jeffery Tackett with Lakefront Church of God Outreach Ministries.
