Missing Juveniles Found Safe
Crews found two missing juveniles in Elliott County Tuesday.Paintsville/Johnson County Emergency Management said crews were in Chandlersville looking for a 17-year-old boy and three-year-old girl.They said the 17-year-old boy has special needs. The children are first cousins.The pair were last seen on a yellow ATV near the Lawrence County line.Three hours later, they were found safe in Sandy Hook in Elliott County.
