Missing Laurel Co. Teen Found Safe

The sheriff’s office in Laurel County said a teenager that went missing on Thursday night was found safe just after noon on Friday.

17-year-old Tyler Phelps had last been seen off Hart Church Road, three miles west of London Thursday evening.

Police did not release any information on where Phelps was found.
